• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide.

Payment terms, including pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules, will be specified in individual project proposals or agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All original content, designs, code, and materials created by EvolveToTech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

EvolveToTech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective license terms.

EvolveToTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or services beyond our control.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as outlined in the specific project proposal.

In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

EvolveToTech reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to our business or reputation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
